Everything you need to know about the hackathon

Code Spark is open to all students within the age of 12 to 19 years.

No prior coding experience is required! We welcome beginners and will have workshops and mentors to help you learn. If you're interested in technology and innovation, you'll fit right in.

A one-time fee of Kes 3000 will need to be paid per team.

Bring your laptop, charger, and any personal items you'll need for the day.

Teams can have up to 3 members and have to be formed beforehand. If you do not have a team kindly contact us using the form below

Don't worry! We'll have team formation activities and brainstorming sessions to help you find teammates and develop project ideas.

Yes! We'll provide meals and snacks throughout the event. We'll do our best to accommodate dietary restrictions - just let us know when you register.

No, all projects must be started from scratch at the hackathon. You can come with ideas, but the coding and development must begin when the hacking starts.
